`And fear a trial which will not strike those who have wronged among you exclusively, and know that Allah is severe in penalty.` Qur’An (8:25)

We, Muslim Ummah, have been living a bad era of the history. In many areas of Islamic land, both individual and communal activities were made. Attempts were taken and great sufferings were experienced. Due to this, Muslims were exposed to carnage. Although demanded results were not gained totally, as a consequence of those efforts, works and attempts, Elhamdulilllah today positive improvements are being seen. However, evil and supporters embrace the causes leading to provocations in order to extinguish it whenever a light of salvation for the Muslim people. They want to frustrate the hopes and expectations of the Ummah.

Centres of evil endeavouring to blow on the fire of provocation

Ummah of Islam has caught a trend of success – which did not exist throughout the last century – and it has frustrated the attempts of profanity and misguidance with the grace and the support of Allah (SWT). It has cancelled the plans of World’s Arrogance and pulled down the oppression systems of oppressors. As the face of Ummah of Islam has started to smile, evil and supporters blow the fire of provocation in order to prevent the happiness of Muslims and to sentence them to hopelessness. They do this from time to time and succeed in many places.

Without any doubt, the most effective and fatal of these provocations are nationalism, regionalism sanctifying the national borders, denominationalism, and accusing others of profanity.

These are the factors lying under the problems of the Ummah of Islam. In some places only one of these factors can be witnessed but in some other places more than one of these factors may occur.
Today if Jerusalem, Afghanistan and Chechnya are under occupation, if Muslims in Somalia, Iraq and Pakistan are killing each other, if tens, sometimes, hundreds of people are being killed every day, if the world Muslims are unaware or indifferent of what happens to Muslims in Bahrain, Patina, Moro, if Muslims are being kept in dungeons of Guantanamo without any trial, if the despot governments continue their rule, if the Muslim Kurds have been exposed to rejection and assimilation caused hundreds of peoples’ bloodshed since the establishment of Secular Kemalist

Republic, all are the consequences of those factors.

Islamic motions and communities must be sensible.

In order to get out of these situations, bodies, motions, and communities which take Qur’an and Sunnah as their reference point must shake themselves in sensitivity, come together however difficult the circumstances are, search ways to save Ummah from the situation, produce programs and works.

Although occupation continues in many places of Islam and Muslims keep killing each other, Syria, where tens even hundreds of people get killed, has gained priority over all and has become the most vital problem of Ummah and needs to be dealt with urgently.

Western countries cannot produce solutions in Muslim lands.

Countries, which shaped their structure and government according to the elements of nationalism, regionalism, denominationalism, and accusing others of profanity, cannot save Syria people from this situation. Arrogant rulers aiming only to preserve their rule, USA, UN, NATO, and all the other international bodies, cannot save Syria from the situation. If this work is assigned to them, blood of Muslims will continue to be shed.

So many motions, bodies or communities made statements about this and expressions of their attitudes. Without considering whether their statements were right or wrong, we can say that what has been done and said so far are not sufficient and it is obvious that they do not reach a result to
solve the problem of Syrian people.

We want all motions, bodies and communities, taking and announcing to take Qur’an and Sunnah as their reference, in the Muslim countries from Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Egypt and Malaysia to Turkey, Iraq, Iran and Pakistan, to come together under the leadership of HAMAS and Lebanese Hezbollah and find a common point and reach a common decision on Syria events and inform the participants about this decision via an assigned board and in doing so attempt to save Syria prople from this situation. We announce our demand from here.

We are ready to support for solution.

We would like to host this meeting in our land if the circumstances allowed. We will support this type of meeting till the end even if we are under difficult conditions.

Our wish from our Lord is that Muslims, on the line of Qur’an and Sunnah, coordinate in good deeds and strengthen their unity and oneness; so they can facilitate the dignity and the salvation of the Ummah.
